Prices for rooms, tour packages, food, beverages, and other services are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary according to the dates of stay, room type, weekends, public holidays, seasonal periods, availability, or promotional programmes. Payments must be completed using an available official payment method. Additional fees from banks, payment providers, or third parties may apply according to their respective policies.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all information in their booking confirmation, including the guest name, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, room type, and additional services. Any incorrect information must be reported to Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem as soon as possible. Booking changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments or additional charges.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions follow the policy displayed or communicated at the time of booking. The amount of any refund may depend on the cancellation date, rate type, payment method, services booked, and fees already paid to third parties. Reservations made under promotional rates or special conditions may be non-refundable or ineligible for rescheduling.

Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for their safety, activities, and behaviour while using the accommodation, restaurant, tour services, and other facilities.
Guests must maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and consideration for others while staying at Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem. Illegal activities, disturbance of other guests, damage to facilities, possession of dangerous items, and use of the property for activities inconsistent with the reservation are prohibited. Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem reserves the right to take appropriate action against conduct that threatens safety or disrupts the accommodation environment.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their money, documents, electronic devices, vehicles, and other personal belongings. Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from guest negligence unless it can be demonstrated that the loss occurred due to an error by the management. Items left behind will be handled according to our lost-property procedure and retained for a reasonable period.
Guests are responsible for damage to or loss of facilities and property belonging to Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem caused by their actions, negligence, or the actions of members of their party. Repair, special cleaning, or replacement costs may be charged according to the value of the resulting damage or loss.
Tour schedules, routes, destinations, facilities, and durations may change due to weather, site conditions, destination policies, safety considerations, participant numbers, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem. Participants must follow the guidance of the tour leader and maintain their personal safety. Destination tickets, transportation, meals, and other additional requirements are subject to the details of the selected package.
Menus, prices, operating hours, and the availability of food and beverages at Waroeng Lasem may change at any time. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific food requirements must provide this information before ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that every dish will be completely free from traces of particular ingredients.
Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted provided that they do not interfere with the privacy, comfort, or activities of other guests. Commercial photography, professional photo sessions, media production, or promotional activities require prior approval from Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem. Photography may be restricted in certain areas or around particular collections.
Rumah Merah Heritage Lasem is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or service failures caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, electricity or internet disruptions, outbreaks, government policies, transport disruption, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution based on the situation and the affected services.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt to access systems without authorisation, interfere with security, transmit harmful data, reproduce content for commercial purposes without permission, or use the website for unlawful activities.
